VOSK Monitoring & Control System

FOSM Complex

​

The FOSM (technical cabinet) includes all the elements necessary for the system to operate, as well as locations for additional VOSK units. This allows the integration of reserve VOSK units within the complex, thus adding a redundancy function. An unlimited number of VOSK units can be connected in a linear chain.

VOSK-A

  • Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS) Unit 

  • Uses vibro-acoustic monitoring to perform its monitoring tasks 

  • Primary applications include: PLDS (Oil & Gas), IDS and Seismic Profiling 

  • Linear Range of 100km, spatial resolution 5 meters

  • Is able to profile acoustic activity - Leak Detection, Human Activity, Animal Activity, Vehicle Traffic or Attempted work with tools

  • Is able to detect a human up 3m from FOC, SUV up to 10m and earth digging equipment - up to 50m

VOSK-L

  • Distributed Temperature Sensing (DTS) Unit 

  • Uses monitoring of temperature changes to perform PLDS tasks 

  • Most accurate and reliable PLDS solution on the market 

  • Linear range of 50km, spatial resolution of 5 meters 

  • Sensitivity of 0.1°C

  • Applicable to Oil, Fuel, Water and Gas Pipelines 

VOSK Module 1

VOSK-T

  • Unit specializing in measuring absolute temperature

  • Unit uses absolute temperature monitoring to perform well monitoring tasks 

  • Primary designation is the monitoring of flow at perforation intervals via temperature analysis 

  • Sensitive to 1°C, operating range from -60°C to 300°C

  • Linear range of 6km 

  • Applicable to conventional, horizontal and injection wells 

VOSK-S

  • Unit specializing in deformation detection

  • Primary designation is the monitoring of complex infrastructures, such as: bridges, railways or wells

  • Relative elongation at length of at least 10m  +/- 0.03% - Brillouin scattering

  • Relative elongation at length of at least 10m  +/- 0.01% - Rayleigh scattering

  • Deformation alert fully programmable and adjustable
